Chunujae Historic House is constructed by Bokyagong Branch of Andong Gwon Clan, Gwon Suhong's 10th decendent Gwon Eui's grandson Gwon Jin at the end of Joseon dynasty. This historic house is named after his pen name "Chunujae". It means "spring rain" in direct translation, which goes well with the fresh and moist atmosphere of this house. It has a beauty of old fashioned elegance.

This historic house is consisted of "ㅁ" shaped three rooms in Bonchae, and 2 rooms on the side in Sadang, Bakkat Madang(yard) and Waedam(wall). It shows its own old-fashioned elegance, together with its fruit trees and lime, chrysanthemum and small stream beautifully collaborated with its backyard. A yellow chrysanthemum in front of the wall is Korean traditional kind planted since 10th generation Seomgye, the patals are used for tea and branch is used for wine. 

It has a connected structure of "ㄷ" shape, Daemunganchae and Anchae on the higher foundation. The host, head descendant Gwon Changyong couple, resides in Anchae, Anbang and other rooms are ready for visitors.
